Service Description
This 8-week course is for those who like to learn how to throw on the wheel. Bought beginners and more experienced throwers are welcome, I will adapt the level to the experience of the student. In this course we will start with practicing making sets, like cups or small bowls. Halfway the course we will focus on bigger pieces and we will be making a big bowl, pitcher or a vase. And then at the end of the course we will do something fun and make candle holders and ceramic donuts! There is a max of 4 people for this course and because of this the classes are very private and everyone will get a lot of personal attention. Once the pieces are glazed and fired, they are food safe and dishwasher proof. When the work is finished I will arrange a pick up day.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Booking Policy Effective Date: 01-01-2026 1. **Cancellation Policy:** 1.1. **General Guidelines:** - Cancellations must be made 2 weeks before the start of the course. - If cancellation is made within 2 weeks before the start of the course the deposit won't be paid back. 1.3. **Refund Policy:** - Refunds for cancellations will be issued based on the timing of the cancellation: - Cancellations made within 48 hours: payment won't be returned. 2. **Rescheduling Policy:** 2.1. **Rescheduling Requests:** - Clients may request to reschedule a class only if other students in the group agree with the rescheduling. 2.2. **Make up session** - There will be one make up class for any missed classes. - Teacher will schedule the make up class together with students. 2.3. **Approval Process:** - All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be approved by Ceramist Black Horse Amsterdam. 3. **Booking Rules:** 3.1. **Booking Confirmation:** - All bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required booking deposit or full payment. 3.2. **Payment:** - Full payment is required in advance for all bookings, unless otherwise specified in writing by Ceramist Black Horse Amsterdam. 3.3. **Group Bookings:** - For group bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the reservation. The deposit amount and terms will be communicated during the booking process. 4. **Exceptions:** 4.1. **Emergencies:** - Ceramist Black Horse Amsterdam understands that emergencies may arise. Exceptions to the cancellation and rescheduling policies may be considered on a case-by-case basis for genuine emergencies. 5. **Communication:** 5.1. **Notification:** - Clients are responsible for notifying Ceramist Black Horse Amsterdam of any cancellations or rescheduling requests in a timely manner. 5.2. **Contact Information:** - Clients must ensure that their contact information on file with Ceramist Black Horse Amsterdam is accurate to receive important notifications and updates.
